- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible way to do business so let the buyer beware. They will not respond to phone calls when a claim needs to be filed by a company who they wrote a policy. Make sure that your "home improvement" or windows and siding contractor does not operate with them as their agent. You might not receive any response from them. I had to file a claim with the Illinois Department of Insurance before I received a phone call back. I would not recommend anyone have a policy written by this agency because when they have to provide service you receive no phone calls or customer service.June 17, 2017by Michael Przybylski
